The Role
We seek a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Processing guest check-ins and outs accurately
* Utilizing the park booking system to manage reservations and accounts efficiently
* Collaborating with Housekeeping to track accommodation readiness
* Supplying guests with information about property features and local attractions
* Completing day-to-day office administration tasks
* Maintaining strong relationships with park teams, residents, and guests
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in Front Office roles within hospitality
* A passion for delivering outstanding Guest experiences
* Proficiency in computer skills, including RMS or comparable Reservation Booking Systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* An enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
* A current driver's license

Working Conditions
This role may involve physical demands such as lifting up to 20kg, kneeling, and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and machinery.
