We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales professional to join our team at LGC Traffic Management, a leading provider of traffic control solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, coupled with expertise in the traffic control industry and possession of an AWTM (Advanced Worksite Traffic Management) ticket. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and expand our market presence in the traffic control sector.

The position will be full time based in our head office in Bellevue, starting time can be flexible.

Key Responsibilities:


Business Development:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the traffic control industry.
* Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including construction companies, event organizers, government agencies, and road maintenance organizations.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for growth.

Sales and Client Management:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Generate leads and conduct sales presentations to prospective clients.
* Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements in accordance with company policies and objectives.
* Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

Technical Expertise:

* Utilize in-depth knowledge of the traffic control industry, including traffic management plans, regulations, and safety standards.
* Possess a valid AWTM ticket and demonstrate proficiency in implementing traffic management solutions.
* Stay abreast of industry developments, technological advancements, and best practices to advise clients on the most effective traffic control solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

* Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a minimum of 3 years experience in the traffic control industry.
* Possession of a valid AWTM ticket and comprehensive understanding of traffic management principles and practices.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
