wayss, the largest provider of housing and family violence services in Melbourne’s southeast, is seeking a Team Leader to guide and support a dedicated team delivering critical, evidence-based services across Greater Dandenong, Casey, and Cardinia.
About the Role
As Team Leader, you will:
- Lead day-to-day operations across a range of family violence programs
- Mentor and supervise staff to build capability and ensure quality service delivery
- Coordinate client movement through the service system and manage brokerage allocation
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive positive outcomes
- Provide specialist practice knowledge and ensure compliance with MARAM and legislative frameworks
About You
You bring:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in social work or related discipline
- Compliance with Family Violence Minimum Qualifications (Rec 209)
- Experience leading teams in the family violence sector
- Strong knowledge of the family violence service system and current reforms
- A collaborative, values-driven approach with excellent communication skills
- Current Driver’s Licence and Working with Children Check (Employment category).
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening including police and identity checks.
