Asset Manager
We currently have an opportunity for an Asset Manager to join our Government & Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in delivering strategic asset management solutions that ensure compliance, sustainability, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You'll Do
Lead the development and implementation of asset management plans to optimize lifecycle performance.
Maintain and validate asset registers, ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
Drive sustainable strategies for lifecycle replacement and preventative maintenance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance site performance and system resilience.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement and innovation.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in asset and facilities management within complex, service-oriented environments.
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, risk management, and governance practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Commercial acumen and analytical capability to deliver measurable outcomes.
A collaborative mindset and passion for building high-performing, inclusive teams.
