Greenstock is Woolworths’s end-to-end multi-channel red meat business,combining deep industry expertise with advanced analytics to deliver high quality and sustainable beef, lamb and pork to Woolworth’s existing and new sales channels in Retail, Food Services, Wholesale and International.

The Role
The role will oversee the day to day operability of the Quintiq planning software system which is responsible for the forward forecasting of raw material requirements to service the demand channels - principally our Secondary Processing facilities together with foodservice and export, in addition to theshort term production planning and sequencing of raw materials from Primary Processing to the aforementioned demand channels.
Furthermore, there is also a strong system development focus required for the role which takes into consideration the scoping, recommendation and implementation of future developments and enhancements - liaising both with internal and external development partners as required.
Key Responsibilities
7. Monitoring and management of system operability and function of consolidating and converting demand from all channels into forward forecasts of raw material requirements over multiple time horizons.
8. Monitoring and management of system operability and function of coordinating short term production plans and sequencing for 15 Primary Processing sites across three different proteins (Beef, Lamb & Pork), servicing 3 Secondary Processing facilities in addition to foodservice and export channels.
9. Assist in the design and implementation of the new S&OP model, utilising core system knowledge in addition to wider planning and supply chain understanding to help deliver the strategic initiatives over a 3-5 year horizon.
10. Ensure alignment of the planning software environment to overall customer and business needs.
11. Foster collaborative and strong working relationships across Greenstock, the Woolworths ecosystem and external partners.
12. Understand and evaluate current system processes end to end, with the ability to improve and execute.
What will you bring
13. 5+ years experience in planning system administration. Temperature controlled FMCG background preferred, with Quintiq system experience highly desired.
14. Relevant exposure and understanding of planning management software..
15. Exposure to the development of planning and operational workflows and systems.
16. Management of projects in tandem with day to day operations.
17. Short shelf life, fast moving product supply chains.
18. Demonstrable skills in cross-business collaboration.
19. Influencing in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
20. Management of workload and deadlines with restrictive time constraints.
