Typical Day:
You will support business development activities by participating in client proposals and delivering compelling demonstrations. You will help shape the Anaplan team, leveraging skills and capabilities across Deloitte, leading projects through all phases of the lifecycle—from strategy and advisory, scoping and planning, requirements gathering, designing, development, testing, to deployment. You will also coach and develop others, while being coached and developed by Deloitte's brightest minds.
About the Team
Our Finance Transformation team comprises professionals with extensive skills in data and solution modeling related to planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation processes. We apply these skills across a variety of market-leading EPM vendors, including innovative platforms from market disruptors such as Anaplan.
As part of Deloitte's Finance Transformation team, you will be leading the way among pioneers shaping modern finance in the digital age and helping clients accelerate into this new era.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
* 8+ years of performance management experience, implementing leading EPM tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Cognos TM1, Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, OneStream, etc.
* Minimum of 4+ years' experience working in professional services or consulting, on digitally enabled transformation of processes and service delivery improvements;
* Knowledge of management reporting principles (e.g., KPI definition, scorecards) or costing principles (e.g., activity-based costing);
* Proven knowledge of Anaplan, either through implementation experience or as an end user; and
* Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives.
