We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our team in a dynamic and empowering environment that guides and supports educators and families.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and meeting financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage centre operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and risk management.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and build relationships with local families.

Requirements:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
* Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
* A current Working with Children's Check.
* Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
