What we're looking for :
We are looking for a talented Drupal Developer who enjoys solving complex problems, working across a variety of projects, and being part of a dynamic environment.
As a key member of our Software Engineering team, you will work across a range of interesting client projects, with a focus on Drupal (including GovCMS). You'll also have opportunities to contribute to modern web applications and integrations, including large scale projects and supporting contracts.
In this role, you will:
 * Develop and maintain Drupal websites and web applications.
 * Support and enhance existing client solutions, troubleshooting and problem-solving across multiple environments.
 * Contribute to the adoption of modern development practices and continuous improvement within the team.
 * Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients to deliver engaging and reliable web experiences.
We are looking for someone with:
 * 2+ years of hands-on Drupal experience (Drupal 9/10).
 * A good understanding of Drupal internals – including custom module development, theming, configuration management, and site building.
 * Familiarity with PHP, Twig, Composer, and Drush.
 * Experience working with APIs, integrations, and modern frontend frameworks (React,, etc.) is highly regarded.
 * Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative approach.

Qualities and skills :
 * Drupal experience is a must
 * Experience using version control systems such as GIT
 * A good understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS/Sass)
 * Familiarity with web accessibility guidelines
 * Experience with web application frameworks such React and VueJs
 * Experience making changes in the templating/rendering layer of web applications
 * Ability to effectively communicate your work with both technical and non-technical peers
 * Great independent problem-solving skills – but also the ability to throw your hand up for assistance if needed.

Hours
Full-time position, although part-time or flexible working considered.
Great kit
We use Mac OS and you'll be provided modern equipment and software to help you do your job. Our daily tools Slack, Jira, and Confluence. Our design team uses a range of design software and adapts as required.
