Overview
Are you reliable, hardworking and enjoy working with people? We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our friendly team at Coogee Beach Bakery for approximately 20 hours per week.
About the Role
* Serving customers with a smile
* Taking orders and handling cash/EFTPOS transactions
* Packing bakery products and maintaining displays
* General cleaning and presentation of the shop
* Working as part of a busy team environment
What We Need
* Reliable and punctual – attendance is extremely important
* Friendly and confident dealing with customers
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Available to work Saturday mornings (essential)
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
Please Note
This position is best suited to applicants seeking long-term employment. We are investing time and training into the successful candidate and are not seeking working holiday visa holders or applicants looking for short-term work.
Experience
Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
