What You'll Be Doing
* Play a key role in the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services across multiple business units in Australia.
* Assist with end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant Awards, EBAs, and legislation.
* Support the delivery of statutory obligations, including PAYG, payroll tax, superannuation, WorkCover, and Long Service Leave.
* Contribute to month-end and year-end payroll reporting.
* Respond to payroll-related queries with professionalism and clarity.
* Assist in internal audits and compliance reviews to ensure best practice standards are met.
* Assist in providing payroll costing and remuneration packaging comparisons and reporting
* Help maintain payroll systems with a focus on data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring
* Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll in a medium to large organisation, ideally across multiple Awards and EBAs.
* Knowledge of the Australian Industrial Relations framework including how the NES, Modern Awards, EBAs and IFAs operate
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools.
* High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
* A trustworthy and discreet approach to handling sensitive information.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
* Familiarity with Kronos and Pronto is a plus, but not essential.
