Job Title: Facilities Manager

We're looking for a Facilities Manager to manage day-to-day operations at a commercially tenanted high-rise building in Sydney's Lower North Shore. This is a five-day on-site role, offering hands-on exposure to a flagship property and the opportunity to work alongside industry-leading professionals.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the smooth day-to-day operations of the building including engineering, safety, cleaning, and vendor performance
* Ensure compliance across contracts, reporting, and documentation
* Build relationships with tenants, service providers, and stakeholders to deliver responsive and efficient support
* Prepares budgets, financial reports (monthly and quarterly), contracts, expenditures and purchase orders related to the facility(s) or complex as directed
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' experience in facilities, property, or building operations
* Experience managing operations in a commercially tenanted high-rise building
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Basic understanding of vendor contracts, maintenance systems, and safety processes
* Motivation and drive to grow into more senior FM roles
