What You'll Be Doing
* Staff Training & Labour Efficiency:
Coach, mentor, and maintain a tight, skilled team. Keep labour lean without breaking spirits—old-school leadership with modern finesse.
* Customer Service & Standards:
Set the tone, uphold the expectations, and ensure every guest leaves wanting to return. No shortcuts.
* Venue Ambience & Presentation:
Maintain an atmosphere that feels intentional, polished, and consistent across all levels—because guests notice everything, and so do you.
* Sales & Performance Targets:
Drive revenue, manage KPIs, and keep the operation running like a well-oiled Italian machine.
