The Opportunity
Powerstaff is representing a leading international cost management consultancy at the forefront of the largest construction boom the United States has seen in decades. Driven by AI, cloud computing, and digital infrastructure demand, hyperscale data centres valued at or well above $1bn+ are being delivered across multiple US states and our client is scaling rapidly to support this growth.
We are now seeking Australian Cost Managers / Quantity Surveyors who are open to relocating to the United States and being sponsored on an E-3 or E-2 visa.
What We're Looking For
* MUST BE an Australian / UK Citizen (mandatory for E-3 visa eligibility)
* Experience working in Cost Management / Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management ideally 4 - 9 years' experience in Australia or UK
* Experience across: Large commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or data centre projects
* Strong cost planning, procurement, and cost control capability
* Confident working with clients, consultants, and contractors
