About the Role: You will be matched with clients based on your qualifications, experience, and care compatibility. Services are provided across SIL houses, Private Homes and Community setting. Support Services May Include: High personal care and hygiene support High manual handling tasks (transfers, mobility assistance) Community access: social activities, appointments, shopping, groceries Social and emotional support Domestic assistance (cleaning, meal prep, etc.) What We’re Looking For: Experience supporting clients with complex psychosocial and physical needs Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Mental Health, or equivalent is a must Strong communication and behaviour support skills Empathetic, reliable, and calm under pressure Manual handling training and personal care experience (essential) Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, overnights, and public holidays Mandatory Requirements: Current First Aid Certificate Valid Police Check NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check Full Australian Work Rights Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Ready to Join Us?
