We support new-grad Speech Pathologists with a structured 12-month graduate program designed to take you from fresh grad to confident clinician, with weekly supervision and practical mentoring.

Job Description / Role
Are you graduating as a Speech Pathologist this year and ready to kick-start your career in an environment that supports you, cheers you on, mentors you, and celebrates your wins (including completing session notes on the same day)?
Our graduate program is designed to take you from fresh grad to confident Speech Pathologist, with supervision, mentoring, and practical experiences to help you grow without burnout.
Responsibilities include supporting clients in the community, completing documentation promptly, participating in weekly supervision and monthly workshops, and engaging in structured mentoring as part of the graduate program.
Who You Are
You're a soon-to-be or newly graduating Speech Pathologist who is:
* Empathetic, curious & eager to learn
* Passionate about helping people communicate and connect

* Keen to grow your skills with genuine support
* Not afraid of a good pun
* SPA-registered or eligible upon graduation
