Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Employment Lawyer to join our legal team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert employment law advice and assistance to support the delivery of our Australian tennis strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with the business to provide sound legal advice on employment-related matters.
* Prepare, draft, and negotiate contracts to support the delivery of our strategy.
* Conduct investigations and Fair Work Commission proceedings as required.
* Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and update relevant systems accordingly.
* Provide education and training to colleagues on employment law matters.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 3-6 years post-admission experience working as a lawyer within a law firm or in-house legal team, with a focus on employment law.
* Experience conducting investigations and Fair Work Commission proceedings.
* A principal practicing certificate or be willing to upgrade your current practicing certificate to a principal practicing certificate within the first 3 months in the role.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with the business.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
