Your New Role
* Manage an end-to-end portfolio of large loss and complex commercial property claims, with support from highly experienced leaders.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience through clear, proactive, and empathetic communication across verbal, written, and face‑to‑face interactions.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with brokers, customers, suppliers, and internal partners.
* Thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where no two days look the same.
* Help drive continuous improvement across the broader claims function by applying your expertise and insights.
About You
* Corporate property claims experience, including ISR (Industrial Special Risks) claims.
* Calm and resilient approach, with the confidence to make sound decisions even under pressure.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to guide customers and stakeholders through complex situations with clarity and empathy.
* Solid computer skills, willingness to learn new systems, and ability to prioritise effectively.
* Proactive, self‑motivated mindset with a passion for delivering excellence and embracing change.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and contributing to the overall performance of the claims function.
