About the Role:
* Respond to incidents and requests from students and staff using your technical knowledge and communication skills.
* Log incidents, requests, problems, and change tickets, ensuring they are delegated to the right teams for resolution.
* Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing, testing, and resolving system problems and issues.
* Provide technical guidance and training on application software and operational procedures.
* Liaise with vendors and suppliers during the resolution process.
* Analyse and diagnose technical problems and issues with desktops, software, hardware, printers, internet, email, databases, operating systems, and security systems.
About You:
* Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
* Excellent customer service ethic and telephone manner.
* Excellent communication and listening skills, along with good written communication skills.
* Ability to communicate with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds with varying levels of IT experience.
