The Team & Role
Join the Social Work Department at Bayside Health, Peninsula Care Group and build a strong foundation for your career in health. This Grade 1 rotational role offers experience across acute and subacute wards and a community program at Peninsula University Hospital, Golf Links Road, The Mornington Centre and Rosebud Hospital.
As part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will complete psychosocial assessments, plan interventions, respond to risk, and contribute to safe and effective discharge planning. You'll receive regular clinical supervision and access to dedicated professional development seminars, with guidance from experienced Senior Social Workers.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop core social work skills in varied health settings within a structured and supportive program.

Skills & Experience Required
* Completed Bachelor of Masters of Social Work.
* Member of or eligibility for membership of, the AASW.
* Experience in healthcare settings is highly valued.
