Key Responsibilities
* Perform weed and pest control through spraying and manual weeding.
* Undertake all horticultural activities, including formative pruning and hedging of trees and shrubs.
* Implement mulching and planting programs.
* Use commercial small plant horticultural equipment.
* Report all assets using technology at each scheduled maintenance visit.
* Ensure sites are maintained and presented to a high standard.
* Comply with all occupational health and safety processes and procedures
About You
To join our team, you will need a qualification in horticulture, parks and gardens, or landscaping, along with a passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to safety. Additionally, you will have:
* Demonstrated experience working within a team.
* A current driver's license and white card (MR license is beneficial).
* A chemical certificate (desirable).
* A professional approach to the workplace.
* The ability to execute work to a high standard.
* A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems.
