**About the Company**

This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 3 month contract paying up to $35 / hour + Super. This role is located in Charlestown.

**About the Role**
We are currently seeking to appoint a Executive Assistant with a leading NSW Government agency to provide high level administrative, clerical, secretarial and systems support to the Associate Director.

Key accountabilities include:

- Provide high level administrative, clerical and secretarial support to the Associate Director and within the Control Centre
- Provide expert word processing, spreadsheet and computer-based presentation materials to support the informational, management and reporting needs of the Associate Director and Control Centre
- Establish, maintain and interrogate databases to provide statistical and other reports relating to the Control Centre
- Record and coordinate informational requests across the Control Centre, and assist (as required) in researching and developing replies
- Attend to accounts, stores and stationery, photocopying, information management and storage and travel requests and other office duties.

**About You**
- Excellent word processing, spreadsheet and database skills and systems support experience.
- Ability to organise, track and manage correspondence, documents, records and data-files.
- High level oral and written communication skills and dealing with staff, corporate stakeholders and the general community.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Ability to research, collect and analyse databases and information.
- Proven ability and flexibility to work independently and as a team member.
