Compensation Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurate and timely processing of compensation on a regular basis.
* Maintenance and administration of the compensation and time-tracking system.
* Processing new hire and termination documentation.
* Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for compensation inquiries and resolutions.
* Support to the broader finance team.
* General accounting and data management tasks as required.
* Preparation of reports and reconciliations.
* Compliance with relevant regulations.
* Assistance with audits as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in end-to-end compensation processing – ADP is highly regarded.
* Experience in maintaining and administering time-tracking systems – Deputy is highly regarded.
* Ability to interpret awards, enterprise agreements, and employment contracts.
* Effective time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Sound verbal and written communication skills.
* Understanding of employment legislations, regulations, and awards.
