Our client is a national Tier 2 main building contractor that specialize in apartment/mixed use projects up to $300 mil. They have been in operation for over 20 years and partner with leading private development groups. All their work is negotiated with repeat clients. This role is heavily focused on Procurement across multiple projects.
About The Role
Reporting to a Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager
* Preparing scopes of work for packages across multiple projects
* Tender analysis of sub-contractor packages
* Negotiation and selection of all sub-contractors
* Work closely with senior management on the company's procurement strategy and building relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers.
About You
You will ideally have worked for a Tier 1 or 2 builder as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator. You will have experience working on complex commercial/mixed use projects and have strong relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers in the Victorian market.
