An exciting opportunity exists to join Perpetual Digital as a Senior Program Manager – SaaS & PCT Portfolio. Perpetual Digital designs and builds software products, platform services and cloud‑based infrastructure that support the banking and financial services sector. As the innovation arm of Perpetual Corporate Trust, Perpetual Digital leverages more than two decades of experience and a market‑leading position in Australian securitisation to deliver modern, scalable technology solutions to clients across the industry.
About the Role
* Lead delivery of Perpetual Digital's SaaS project portfolio across PCT and external clients.
* Manage large, multi‑stream programs, guiding project managers and delivery teams through pre‑sales, delivery, and transition to BAU.
* Drive maturity in delivery frameworks, governance, risk management, planning, and prioritisation.
* Oversee budgets, milestones, resources, and quality to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
* Build trusted relationships with engineering and cloud teams, ensuring delivery aligns with platform roadmaps and technical best practice.
* Engage stakeholders and clients to ensure buy‑in and positive program outcomes.
* Champion continuous improvement focused on ROI, client satisfaction and NPS.
About You
* 10+ years leading enterprise software development and implementation programs, ideally within a SaaS or software vendor environment.
* Expertise in SDLC, Agile delivery and cloud‑based architectures.
* Experience delivering complex technology and transformation programs across business and operations.
* Strong influencing skills across engineering, consulting, product, sales, and client teams.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical delivery requirements.
* Proven success managing competing priorities in fast‑paced environments.
* Experience establishing structured delivery frameworks and governance models.
* Financial services experience helpful but not essential.
