About Us – Have a Heart for Change!
At Heart Foundation, we believe everyone deserves a healthy heart. Heart disease is one of the nation's leading causes of death, and since 1959 we've led the fight through research, support, and prevention. Be part of our mission to make heart health achievable by everyone in Australia by 2050.
How You Can Make a Difference
Reporting to the Digital Experience & Innovation Lead, this role is all about making our websites and digital platforms work harder, smarter, and better.
We're looking for someone with hands‐on experience in website content management and digital operations who enjoys problem‐solving and can strengthen the way we deliver digital campaigns and projects.
You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and the office (50/50 split). This is a permanent full‐time position; however, we are open to part time 0.8 or 0.9 for the right person.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the delivery of digital projects and initiatives across the Heart Foundation's websites and digital ecosystem, ensuring alignment with brand, quality, and user experience standards.
* Managing the day‐to‐day of our websites – from content uploads to integrations and improvements.
* Collaborating with teams managing paid search, social media, and marketing automation.
* Partnering with stakeholders across teams to scope and prioritise digital work, communicating timelines, risks, and opportunities with clarity.
* Maintaining clear documentation of systems, processes, and changes to ensure consistency, transparency, and continuity.
* Supporting and delivering campaigns – building and optimising webpages, creating forms, and ensuring smooth integration.
* Using analytics and tracking methods like Google Analytics, UTM tagging, dashboards, and A/B testing to measure and improve digital performance.
* Collaborating with vendors and developers to deliver enhancements and resolve issues.
* Helping shape processes and structure to make our digital platforms more effective and impactful.
You'll work across a range of sites including Walking, My Heart My Life, Jump Rope for Heart, and fundraising pages – no two days are ever the same.
What You'll Bring
* You've worked in digital/web, marketing or content management (perhaps in a smaller org where you've had to be hands‐on with everything).
* Strong capability in working across multi‐disciplinary teams and managing external vendors or developers.
* Experience in using digital tools such as Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and optimisation tools to support delivery and performance insights.
* Familiarity with web governance principles, accessibility, SEO, and digital marketing concepts.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to interpret requirements, manage competing priorities, and translate technical issues for non‐technical stakeholders.
* Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively, with the ability to lead delivery without heavy supervision.
* A problem‐solver who can balance detail with the bigger picture and adapt in a fast‐paced environment.
* You're comfortable managing digital campaigns and projects end‐to‐end, from build to reporting.
* You thrive on creating clarity and improving processes.
* You're collaborative, curious about digital tech, and excited to grow your expertise.
