Key Responsibilities:
* Managing Profitability and Departmental Budgets: Keep operations team focused on critical components to drive guest satisfaction and desired financial results.
* Reviewing Financial Reports: Ensure operational areas have an atmosphere conducive to overall guest experience.
* Capital Expenditure Funds: Work with direct reports to determine areas of concern and establishing ways to improve departments' financial performance.
* Coaching Operations Team: Strive to maintain profit margins without compromising guest or employee satisfaction.
* Identifying Operational Challenges: Facilitate development of solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
* Touring Property Operations: Communicate clear and consistent message regarding operational goals to produce desired results on a continuous basis.
* Leading Property Operations Teams: Establish vision for product and service delivery on property.
* Human Resources Activities: Observe service behaviors of employees and provide feedback to individuals and/or managers.
