The Role
We are looking for a Pre-Delivery Manager to lead our dedicated team and ensure our vehicles are presented to the highest standards before reaching our valued customers. This role is integral to the seamless delivery of our vehicles, ensuring all pre-delivery inspections, detailing, and final preparations are carried out efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the pre-delivery & detailing to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of experienced detailers to optimise performance and efficiency.
* Ensure all vehicles are prepared on time, meeting dealership and manufacturer quality standards.
* Implement and maintain best practices in safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
* Work closely with the sales and service teams to coordinate vehicle deliveries and meet customer expectations.
* Manage scheduling, workflow, and stock control for detailing products and pre-delivery accessories.
* Maintain a customer-focused mindset, ensuring vehicles exceed client expectations upon handover.
About You
* Proven experience in a pre-delivery or detailing management role.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in vehicle presentation.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, ensuring smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Knowledge of automotive detailing processes, pre-delivery inspections, and accessory fitments.
