- Open 6am - 2pm, 7 Days per week - Must be available to work Weekdays and Weekends.

We are looking for an amazingly motivated and dedicated Shop Manager to join our group. Think of the people responsible for the Perth cinnamon scroll crazefrom North Street Store to Little Loaf and the brand current People Cafeteria and Big Loaf Factory Bakery Store. We are all part of the Do a Dinner Group and the Big Loaf Shop is located in O'Connor, serving up everything from the morning coffee to delicious, pies, rolls, baked treats, all of our fresh breads and range of delectable beverages.
The job is leading the team that staff the shop and serve our customers, ensuring that they get the best and that the team are looked after. Some of the duties you'd expect to do in a day are:
- Opening/closing the store
- Completing the daily checks
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Leading and organising the shift
- Making coffee (we are very, very passionate about this caffeinated nectar)
- Liaising with the other section managers to get their product out into the customer's hands
- Ensuring and managing compliance with company and other policy
- Experience with social media and especially Instagram would be desirable
This position reports to the GM and pay rate will be based on suitability and experience.
