Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Reservations Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the reservation process from initial inquiry to guest departure.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of hotel operations.
* Monitor and control expenses related to reservations, including travel agency commissions and room inventory management.
Requirements:
* 1 year experience in accommodation reservations management systems.
* Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
* Australia Work Authorisation is required.
