Our Parts Interpreters provide expert automotive/mechanical knowledge to assist customers with product information and advice, problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques. With a strong passion for delivering top-notch customer service, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with our customers and promoting a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interpret parts and specifications
* Process customer orders efficiently
* Promote special offers and discounts
* Arrange buy-ins and negotiate terms
* Process customer credits and refunds
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
