The Role This Senior Business Analyst will join a delivery focused program supporting initiatives across the organisation's aged care services and healthcare operations environment. The role requires a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of the SDLC and experience producing clear, structured BA deliverables including requirements documentation, traceability, and support through testing cycles. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with delivery and testing teams across the aged care program, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and aligned through SIT and UAT phases within this regulated aged care and healthcare environment. Responsibilities * Lead business analysis activities across delivery initiatives within the aged care and healthcare services environment * Produce clear BA artefacts including requirements documentation, process mapping, and requirements traceability * Work closely with delivery and testing teams across the SDLC including SIT and UAT cycles * Support structured program delivery within a regulated aged care and healthcare environment * Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined and aligned with delivery outcomes Candidate Experience * Experience working as a Business Analyst within aged care, healthcare, or other regulated services environments advantageous * Strong understanding of the SDLC with experience supporting delivery through SIT and UAT cycles * Experience producing core Business Analyst deliverables including requirements documentation, process mapping, and requirements traceability Please note, we can only contact successfully shortlisted candidates.
