About the Opportunity
The School of Engineering seeks a Lecturer in Electrical Power Engineering to contribute to teaching, research, and industry engagement.
* Teach undergraduate and postgraduate units in electrical power engineering.
* Contribute to curriculum development, accreditation, high‐school engagement, and academic administration.
* Conduct high‐quality research, secure funding, and supervise honours, postgraduate coursework, and HDR students.
* Develop scholarly research nationally and internationally.
* Maintain and strengthen industry partnerships fostering teaching, research, and innovation.
About You
* Bachelor's degree and PhD in Electrical Engineering (Power Engineering) or related discipline.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver high‐quality teaching in electrical power engineering units.
* Evidence of or potential for conducting high‐quality research, publishing, and securing competitive funding.
* Experience or capacity to supervise honours, postgraduate coursework, and HDR students.
* Commitment to curriculum development, accreditation, academic administration, and outreach.
* Industry engagement experience to build productive partnerships.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
