About the role: The role of Executive Assistant at UOW Pulse is at the core of the action, collaborating with a team of passionate managers whilst playing a vital role in supporting the CEO. Each day is different, but at a minimum you will oversee workflows, manage schedules, craft polished documents for c-suite meetings, plan and execute internal events, and offer governance support to the Board of Directors. This is a position where you'll never stop moving and growing, as each day brings new challenges to conquer. About you: As a systematic yet agile individual who aligns with our cultures of Agility, Community, Play. Quality and Support, you will be able to demonstrate the following: Experience working with and supporting a Board of Directors, CEO and a Senior Management team. Experience providing meeting support including developing agendas and taking minutes. Well developed written and oral communication skills. Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with a keen ability to meet deadlines. Ability to think laterally, use initiative, and be flexible in your approach to problem solving.
