As the group continues to scale, they're looking to bring on an Operations Analyst to support performance across the venues and provide sharp commercial insights that directly influences the group's next chapter.

What do you do?
* Analyse venue performance across labour, COGS, revenue and margins.
* Build and maintain reporting dashboards and performance trackers.
* Work closely with the operations team to review inventory, supplier orders and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Collaborate with venue leaders to present findings and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
* Identify trends, risks and opportunities across the group's portfolio.
* Analyse margins and implement cost-control measures for labour and goods.
* Assist with supplier negotiations and help maintain strong relationships with key partners.
* Oversee the financial reporting process and provide data-driven recommendations to the operations team.
What do you need?
* Proven experience in cost accounting or a similar financial role (preferably in a hospitality environment).
* Strong knowledge of margin management, COGS and labour cost control.
* Excellent proficiency in Excel, Xero and POS systems such as Deputy and Epos.
* Ability to collaborate with operations teams and other departments to ensure financial targets are met.
* Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to senior leadership.
* A proactive, problem-solving approach and a passion for improving operational processes.
