This role contributes to the firm's client retention, client development and new business development initiatives through driving activities such as :
* Taking responsibility and ownership for the execution of practice group and client business development priorities, including taking the lead on agreed projects and initiatives
* Contributing to the development and implementation of practice group and client plans
* Client plan implementation and provision of business development advice Best practice tender and credential management
* Research and communication of opportunities
* Event management associated with specific client initiatives
* This position will work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager, nominated practice groups and clients
Required skills and experience
* Marketing degree or relevant business qualification.
* Three years plus marketing experience, professional services an advantage.
* Experience in drafting tenders is essential.
* Strong proprietary attitude; customer focus and service attitude, demonstrated drive and initiative, ability to manage multiple tasks / projects, a continual improvement mindset
* Stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Advanced business writing skills
* Research and analytical skills.
