Partners are central to how we deliver value at scale. We work with global systems integrators and regional specialists who introduce OrbusInfinity to new markets, shape solutions with customers, and help drive successful outcomes. Partner Enablement makes that possible by helping partners ramp quickly and stay confident in how they position, sell, and support our platform.

In this role, you will support partner onboarding, training, and readiness, working closely with Partner Managers, Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services. Your focus is to make it easy for partners to succeed, and to learn what great partner-led growth looks like so we can repeat it.

The Opportunity

Orbus Software is growing our partner ecosystem to scale OrbusInfinity adoption across APAC and beyond. Partners are a critical part of how we bring transformation to customers, and we are investing in enablement to make sure they succeed. This role sits at the center of that effort.

As a Partner Enablement Manager, you will help partners get confident with OrbusInfinity quickly, support them through early opportunities, and make it easier for them to build repeatable pipeline and delivery outcomes. You will run structured onboarding, coordinate training and resources, and build a steady enablement rhythm that keeps partners progressing.

Your primary focus will be the success of our partner network, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of joint solutions to our customers. Orbus has an established partner ecosystem with current partners including Deloitte, PwC, Capgemini and Microsoft alongside regional and specialist partners.

This is a strong entry point into a global GTM team, with real cross functional exposure and a clear runway to grow into broader ownership over time.

What You'll Do:

* Support partner onboarding and ramp by coordinating enablement sessions, training pathways, and certification support

* Deliver partner facing training webinars and workshops using existing materials, improving them based on feedback and results

* Maintain and organize partner enablement content, including pitch decks, sales plays, demo assets, and FAQs

* Be a first point of contact for partner questions related to product positioning, use cases, and sales process, escalating when needed

* Partner with Partner Managers and Sales to prepare for joint calls, QBRs, and go to market activities

* Track enablement participation and partner readiness, then share insights on what is helping partners progress and where they are getting stuck

* Support partner events and community moments, ensuring partners feel connected, informed, and equipped

* Work with internal teams in Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to keep enablement aligned to what is selling and what is delivering value

What You'll Bring

* 2 to 5 years of experience in enablement, partner operations, sales support, customer success, or a similar role in B2B SaaS

* Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and keeping projects on track with clear follow through

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain concepts simply and accurately

* Comfort presenting to small groups and facilitating training sessions, even if you are still building that muscle

* A structured, detail oriented approach to work, with solid habits around documentation, prioritization, and execution

* Curiosity about how enterprise organizations buy, and how partners influence that journey

* Eligibility to work in the role's location and willingness to travel occasionally for partner sessions or events
