We have an opportunity available for an experienced **Events** Food a Beverage attendant/waitstaff to join our events team. To be successful in this role you will have banqueting & events experience including bumping in/out. You will be confident with your service skills for both alternative drop plated functions as well as roving canapes. Explaining dishes, confirming dietary requirements and confidentially carrying a tray of wine glasses is something that you do in your stride. If you have Bartender experience we may be able to utilise your Bartending skills too.
You could be working in our state of the art event and conferencing space or outside on the beautiful Breeze deck overlooking our main lagoon edge pool.

We are looking for motivated, energetic and fun people to join our team as Event Food & Beverage Attendants and Waitstaff.
To be successful you will hold a **current** **NSW RSA**, be a strong team player working well with colleagues, floor staff and our kitchen teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure all dietary requirements are met and special requests are accommodated.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all food and beverage areas.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events.
- Work closely with the events team to ensure smooth operation of events.
- High standard of grooming, presentation and communication
- Confident in conversing with our guests and clients during large functions and events in excess of 150 people
- Actively demonstrate pride in your work
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
**Requirements**:
- Preferably an Australian permanent resident with a commitment to longer term employment.
- Ability and confidence to work in a fast paced setting
- Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply, but will require a min of a 6 month commitment to the resort.
- Previous Event, Functions or Banqueting experience is essential
- Previous experience working as a Food and Beverage attendant or Waiter
- **Current NSW RSA** and drivers licence
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
