Duties Included But Not Limited To
Ensure the day-to-day operations of the Early Learning Centre & Outside School Hours Care are monitored and maintained and that regular reporting to the Principal is provided; Operate the Centre within agreed policies and procedures that ensures compliance
to all relevant laws and regulations;
To support staff in providing a quality program that identifies the needs and interests
of children in care;
Supplement staff team by providing direct care to a group of children.
About You
Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education; Hold a current NT Working with Children Card; Hold a Senior First Aid Certificate; Demonstrated leadership experience in an early years setting; Proven ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and staff including encouraging
parental participation;
Be responsible in working collaboratively with the Principal in the implementation and evaluation of quality programs for each child that is based on the children’s strengths and interests; Proficiency in the use of computers and technologies.
