As a valued member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
* Mixing, kneading and preparing doughs for various baked goods.
* Baking and cooking a range of items using commercial ovens and equipment.
* Ensuring product quality, adjusting baking processes and maintaining standards.
* Preparing fillings, glazes and toppings for baked products.
* Following daily production schedules and assisting with stock rotation.
We require:
* A qualification in baking or commercial cookery (Certificate III in Baking) or relevant experience.
* Demonstrated experience in a commercial bakery environment.
* A strong understanding of baking methods and oven management.
* The ability to work early mornings, weekends and within a team.
* Reliability and a passion for producing high-quality baked goods.
