Role Overview
This casual role requires weekend availability and involves creating positive shopping experiences in person, over the phone, and online. Penalty rates apply.
As a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service), your responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring safety for yourself, teammates, and customers
2. Providing genuine service and creating memorable moments for customers
3. Contributing to positive sales performance through excellent customer service
4. Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards
5. Processing stock including receiving, dispatching, and storing
6. Being an enthusiastic and collaborative team member to foster a positive team culture
Note: The role involves lifting, bending, and climbing.
