Job Overview
This role is responsible for planning and delivering targeted activities to increase AFL participation for women and girls, facilitating engaging and meaningful experiences for youth, and collaborating with partner organisations to maximise engagement and community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver targeted AFL programs, activities, and health promotions across First Nations communities.
* Embed consistent junior pathways including Auskick, Superkick, and male/female competitions, as well as school holiday programs.
* Deliver umpire and coaching accreditation courses.
* Collaborate with partner organisations to maximise engagement and community impact.
* Support regional AFLNT events, carnivals, competitions, and player pathways into the NTFL.
* Manage a small casual workforce, including scheduling, budgeting, and development.
* Maintain accurate participation data, required reporting, and manage AFLNT assets responsibly.
