Welcome to St Francis College Outside School Hours Care
Located on the grounds of St Francis College, our OSHC service is closely connected to the school community and has proudly supported local families since January 2021. We provide high-quality before school care, after school care and vacation care for up to 60 children, offering a safe, engaging and welcoming environment.
Our dedicated team delivers a play-based, child-led program that encourages children to explore their interests, passions and creativity. We value children's voices and work alongside them to design experiences that reflect their ideas, strengths and preferences.
What We're Looking For
* Oversee the daily operations of the OSHC service, ensuring smooth, high-quality service delivery
* Plan, develop and implement engaging, play-based programs that support children's learning and wellbeing
* Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with children, families and school staff
* Work collaboratively with a committed team of educators to drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes
What We're Looking For
* Diploma in Children's Service / Early Childhood Education (ACECQA equivalent) and experience in OSHC or a similar field
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
* Passion for creating a positive and enriching experience for children
