Senior Exploration Geologist Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Exploration Geologist to join our Surface Exploration team at Sunrise Dam Gold Mine. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advancing exploration targets and known surface resources, leveraging geological, geophysical, and geochemical data.
About the Job
This permanent position is based on an 8 days on/6 days off roster with flights out to Perth. As a key member of the Surface Exploration team, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of Exploration Geologists and working closely with senior leadership to drive cross-functional alignment.
* Lead and oversee the implementation of SHE&C plans, management systems, and compliance processes within exploration.
* Champion and drive a strong safety culture by leading safety initiatives and mentoring team members.
