**About the Role**
The Practice Manager is responsible for the delivery of safe and effective health services to Eligible Personnel and entitled civilians in accordance with professional standards and legislation, and Defence Policies and Procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
- A Diploma in Practice Management or nationally recognised equivalent qualification OR a minimum of 2 years full time (or part-time equivalent) experience as a Practice Manager in a multi-clinician practice within the last 5 years.
- Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
About** Stirling**
Located approximately 45km South of Perth, the Stirling Health Centre is on base at HMAS Stirling on Garden Island. This base has a 4km causeway that connects the island to the mainland of Rockingham, and the health centre itself offers physiotherapy, dentistry, pharmaceutical, general medical and outpatient services, and provides support to the Submarine and Underwater Medicine Unit. Its standard hours of operation are 0730-1600, Monday-Friday.
