About the Role
As an Account Specialist, you will collaborate closely with key customers to understand and support their business through the value of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supply plumbing and bathroom products to volume home builders and commercial developers as part of a dedicated service.
* Build strong working relationships with key customers and their staff across all levels of business, supported by in-depth product knowledge and expertise.
* Provide support to customers in terms of quotations, product selection and advice on organisation and logistics.
* Achieve agreed sales and margin growth targets and activity levels.
* Evaluate and embrace our company values, policies and procedures and be a supportive team member.
