You will drive continuous improvement through automation, execute application and platform changes, perform root cause analysis, and liaise with teams for incident resolution, all while adhering to ITIL standards. Flexible work arrangements include two days per week from home. Candidates should have existing Microsoft, AWS, and/or Cisco fundamental certifications.Role and Responsibilities:Manage Hyper-V hosts, VMs, RODC Servers across multiple sitesSupport network hardware including Cisco and Juniper switches, wireless access points, and controllersAutomate deployments and configurations to reduce manual effortImplement application and platform changes, releases, and service requestsConduct root cause analysis and suggest service improvementsCollaborate with teams for incident resolution and corrective actionsFollow ITIL guidelines for incident, problem, and change managementEnsure all work is documented according to standardsQualifications and Experience:Minimum of one year experience in supporting IT environments, with a passion for client service. Experience managing Windows & Linux servers, network devices, Microsoft SCOM Alerts, SCCM, M365, Azure AD, and Google Apps is required. Scripting skills in PowerShell, Graph API, or Python are essential. Knowledge of Cisco, AWS, VMWare, Linux, and storage solutions is desirable. Certifications in Microsoft, AWS, or Cisco are preferred.
