Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Administrator role located in Mascot, NSW. The Customer Support Administrator in many cases, the first point of contact that our customers will have after their purchase and as such she or he must be presentable, knowledgeable, confident, enthusiastic and efficient. A strong customer service ethic is core to this role. The role also includes managing phone inquiries, maintaining clear communication, and supporting team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
* Highly developed interpersonal communication skills
* Friendly engaging personality, helpful and polite customer service ethic
* Always present a professional and presentable appearance
* Clear, effective and pleasant telephone manner
* A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a small team
* Microsoft Office, experience in using database systems is an added advantage
Responsibilities
* Action incoming Customer Service phone calls.
* Assist the follow up of all warranty support jobs and related requirements
* Administer the incoming purchase orders and EDI orders to ensure timely processing.
* Administer the fulfillment, dispatch and delivery of all customer orders
* Develop a strong relationship with third party Logistics CX team in each state
* Action and administer accurate stock levels in state warehouses.
* Investigate and manage customer complaints and requirements
* Maintain the Brand Integrity by effective customer relations
