Job Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from their digital advertising journey. Your key responsibility will be to develop and implement an ongoing customer engagement program that drives accelerated customer growth.
Main Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and roll out a comprehensive customer engagement strategy for the News Connect marketing intelligence platform.
* Establish deep customer understanding by analyzing customer needs, requirements, and expectations to drive profitable growth.
* Assess the user journey to ensure our approach targets the most valuable customers.
* Drive activation and retention of customers on the News Connect platform through strategic initiatives.
* Provide actionable insights to the Data Product team to inform customer-centric product development.
* Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and drive customer satisfaction across the customer's organisation.
* Implement strategies to increase retention amongst our digital advertiser base.
