About the role
In your current role as HC Driver, you will be responsible for:
- Operating trucks in the yard, including safely reversing vehicles.
- Managing the loading and unloading of crates containing live birds.
- Securing trailers by properly strapping them.
- Performing cleaning duties, including washing down trailer bays and hosing down trucks.
About you
As a HC driver, you will hold a valid HC vehicle license. In addition, you will bring:
- Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia (legally entitled to work in Australia).
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation
- Ability to follow work instructions and work autonomously
- Comfortable working in an environment exposed to dust and handling raw products
- Physically fit with no existing injuries, as manual handling is an integral part of the job
