**About our Opportunity**
A rewarding opportunity has become available for an experienced Payroll Officer to join our dedicated Payroll team in Rowville. In this role you will be supporting multiple business units across the group nationally with end to end payroll processing. As our valued Payroll Officer, you will have a customer-focused approach when carrying out accurate and timely payroll services, always delivering on our promise to provide a positive manager and employee experience.
You will:
- process weekly and monthly payroll
- create and maintain up to date payroll records
- execute monthly reports and payment requisitions for employee deductions and
super payments
- handle and resolve pay related queries and discrepancies
- exposure to various project work
**About You**
We're looking for a self-motivated person who is able to work both autonomously and as part of a team in order to deliver a vital service to our stakeholders. Your previous experience in processing end to end payroll will help you to hit the ground running, while your customer service and stakeholder management skills will help you to liaise with and develop effective working relationships across multiple business units.
In addition, you will bring:
- experience with Chris21, Time & Attendance (T&A) management systems and HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) - preferred
- demonstrable experience of Fair Work legislation, award and EBA's interpretation
- previous experience in a multi-national and multi-site business - advantageous
